Erlava D’Anna, 76, is Anthony “Nino” D’Anna’s mother. She is quite active in Nino’s life; she’s active in home acquisitions, she’s active in auto purchases. All done allegedly without having worked in the past who knows how many years? A decade? More? How, then, is she listed on deeds and titles as owning or co-owning homes and cars? It’s a complete mystery to me how someone can obtain high-end Mercedes, BMWs, and real estate.
I find the following table, which can be found in a public search on the Clark County (Nevada) Recorder’s Office website, extremely interesting. Erlava D’Anna — I’m curious about what her job and/or means of support were that enabled her to be involved in all these transactions:

I’m sure Sigal Chattah, who now appears to be a super crime fighter in her current role, might take an interest in all this. Although, according to Sigal Chattah’s recent interviews, it seems to me that according the statistics on the two videos that 8 News Now has done with her (see below) that these interviews have garnered a total of fewer than 1,000 views. Maybe they’re just not asking the right questions.
(Just a note of recognition: Anthony D’Anna’s father also was named Anthony Francis D’Anna — same as Nino. The elder D’Anna passed away on January 7, 2024 at the age of 77.)
