LET’S DISCUSS TONY D’ANNA, VICKIE DEHART & THE RIDGES
Things you should know about D’Anna and Dehart immediately, especially if you’re a resident of The Ridges Las Vegas:
- Tony D’Anna, who formally goes by his given name, Anthony, and also by his nickname, “Nino,” is a convicted felon who served time in prison on drug charges (See the press release from the US Attorney’s Office, District of Nevada, above and here: US Attorney’s Office Press Release)
- D’Anna also was brought up on charges of domestic battery by strangulation (a felony in Nevada) and domestic battery (a misdemeanor charge). See: Court Case / Y0u’ll notice the charges were dismissed — 1) because the victim was terrified of retribution from him if she pursued her case, and 2) there was a documented relationship between the late Judge Melanie Tobiasson, who dismissed the case, and D’Anna. - D’Anna now has access to The Ridges Las Vegas community as a result of his intimate relationship with Vickie Dehart, who recently bought a home there and who now lives there.
- D’Anna, who is known by his nickname, Nino, as mentioned before, often brags about his relationship with the current acting US Attorney for the District of Nevada, Sigal Chattah. She, in fact, has represented him in court, winning a substantial settlement for him as a result of a car accident he was involved in with a limo company (settlement sealed) and also represented D’Anna’s elderly mother, Erlava in a separate case. We’ve witnessed Chattah giving D’Anna a skull massage at one point — an awfully intimate lawyer-client act, wouldn’t you say?
- D’Anna also brags about being in the loan business as a high-interest, high dollar money lender. I think a lot of people call that kind of person a loan shark. That’s just what I hear.
- D’Anna has had no visible means of support ever since I’ve known him from back in 2009. And he also brags that he pays no income tax.
- D’Anna has driven a string of high end cars over the years that curiously are never in his name. He often uses his mother Erlava’s name to register his vehicles and does straw deals using his mother’s name at BMW of Las Vegas on Sahara and Rainbow.
As we have documented on this site, D’Anna personally introduced me to acting US Attorney Chattah on more than one occasion (before she was appointed by President Trump to that role); at one time D’Anna claimed to be romantically involved with Chattah, and even actually took me to her office.
- D’Anna has an extremely explosive temper and has threatened me on more than one occasion.
- And let’s not forget about a loan he apparently helped orchestrate to the manager of the well-known Italian restaurant, Piero’s — Evan Glusman — for $1.5 million. That blew up when Evan’s father and Piero’s owner Freddy Glusman found out about it. Local news accounts attributed the $1.5 million loan to a Nevada LLC, and not to the sole officer of the company, Diamonds NV Management, LLC’s Vickie Dehart.
Who is Tony “Nino” D’Anna, & What Are His Connections?
Tony (“Nino”) D’Anna, 47 (Convicted Felon)
The origins of my involvement with Tony “Nino” D’Anna began in 2010, when I was introduced to him by a woman named Rochanna Ghafouri, a Las Vegas area Realtor, who at the time was Nino’s girlfriend. As a result of that introduction, I formed a friendship with Nino D’Anna that had been ongoing for more than 10 years.
D’Anna had been open with me in his past in conversations over time that I had with D’Anna; he admitted to being a drug dealer and convicted felon. He also told me that he did high-interest cash loans, frequently with his friend and business associate Shafik Hirji. D’Anna told me about a relationship he had with another of his one-time girlfriends. He said he had been arrested for domestic violence, home invasion and other charges related to his treatment of her.
D’Anna has an explosive and dangerous temper. His ex-girlfriend victim has her own harrowing story to tell about what happened to her at the hands of D’Anna beyond the sterile court proceedings documentation.
Judge Melanie Tobiasson had her hands all over this case. She ruled to dismiss the case, and in separate rulings over the course of the case, ruled to recall D’Anna’s arrest warrant, order D’Anna’s release under his own recognizance with intense supervision, rescinded the order of “intense supervision,” ordered no contact with the victim; then she closed the case with the note: “State Not Proceeding.” After the case concluded, however, Nino’s ex-girlfriend victim told a story of being beaten by D’Anna, driven into the Las Vegas desert, and being dumped and left for dead.
- D’Anna, as a convicted felon, is someone who is known in the eyes of the law as a “prohibited person.” A prohibited person is someone who is not allowed to possess or buy firearms under federal law. D’Anna skirted this issue in the following way: Vickie Dehart bought firearms, which once in her possession, he had access to. D’Anna confided in me and said that Vickie Dehart purchased two “assault rifles” one of them was an FN SCAR – an AR 15-style rifle. (Similar to the one shown below.)
The US Department of Justice tracks all legal firearms purchases by having the purchaser fill out a Firearms Transaction Record, known as a Form 4473. It is a seven-page form that requires extensive purchaser information, including a your driver’s license number. There also is a warning that all purchasers must acknowledge, which states the following in bold-face lettering: “Warning: You are not the actual transferee/buyer if you are acquiring any of the firearm(s) on behalf of another person.” Purchasers must sign the form and acknowledge they are abiding by and have read all the legal parameters related to purchasing the firearm and the law that governs it.
It appears Nino D’Annna doesn’t understand that legal concept, nor does his keeper, Vickie Dehart.

According to Clark County property deeds and records, at one time Vickie Dehart bought Nino D’Anna and his mother, Erlava, more specifically, a $1.5 million house (Nino’s mother’s name is on the deed — see property overview report below:)
