Halloween Horror Show in The Ridges

My prediction comes true —
My cause for concern proven

I predicted there would be turmoil in the Ridges. I was right.

There was, and is, cause for concern. This is a perfect example. My prophecy evolves, proving my point for my cause for concern. As I predicted, there would be turmoil and upheaval in the ridges. Please pay close attention to this. This happened in October 2025. This site was created before that, and just recently was launched live. Here’s the background of the story, The Halloween Horror Show in The Ridges:

Just before Thanksgiving last year, a source told me that on October 31st, which is Halloween, that The Ridges community — where Vickie Dehart and Anthony D’Anna live — had a private block party marking the popular holiday.

At that private block party, a prominent Las Vegas entrepreneur — who owns a number of companies in the area — was in attendance, according to this source.

According to a source who also was at the celebration, Anthony “Nino” D’Anna and Vickie Dehart allegedly charged through the crowd to confront this entrepreneur, who was there with his family. D’Anna was alleged to have been throwing around F-bombs, saying he didn’t appreciate being barred from one of the entrepreneur’s establishments.

Both Tony and Vickie were 86’d from well-known Las Vegas Italian restaurant, Piero’s late last year, after the owner’s son, Evan Glusman, tried to take a $1.5 million loan out on Piero’s from an LLC formed and funded by Vickie. That was a mess. It served to alienate father (Freddie Glusman) and son, and ultimately got Tony and Vickie 86’d from the establishment.

So Tony, in my opinion acting out as the thug he thinks he is, confronts this entrepreneur associated with the restaurant, who was there with his children, along with a big African-American bodyguard. According to the witness at the scene who was relating this to me, D’Anna stepped up to this entrepreneur and allegedly threatened him with bodily harm and tells the bodyguard he would “beat [his] ass, too.” The entrepreneur didn’t engage physically with D’Anna and just tried to ignore him.

However, police were called to respond to the incident, it was that confrontational according to the source. The police  showed up, and — this is what I was told — they separated the two parties. This is according to my source, who was there, and witnessed it all. The police asked entrepreneur if he wanted to press charges; he declined to.

Now, D’Anna — before Evan Glusman was arrested for threatening to go in and shoot up Piero’s, and before the sale by his father, Freddie, went through — had gone into the restaurant (he was a regular) and was letting everyone know that he was the new owner of Piero’s.

Less than two weeks after Halloween, on November 13, a group of people were involved in placing an “improvised explosive device” at the front door of Piero’s and lighting it. (Watch the video here: https://www.reviewjournal.com/crime/newly-released-video-shows-explosion-at-pieros-italian-cuisine-3589244/)

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department investigated this incident and arrested a number of suspects.

According to 8newsnow.com, in a report posted to their website on April 27, 2025, they referred to a “financial institution,” (story here: 8NewsNow) regarding details of a loan in an attempt to buy Piero’s, or a stake in it. In reality this “financial institution” is really an LLC, formed by Vickie Dehart in 2020, known as Diamonds NV Management, LLC (see below).

The real story is what no one in the media really reported on — except me, now: Dehart was fully and completely behind the loan as the “financial institution” through Diamonds NV Management. But additionally, and most importantly, it’s the fact that she knew that Freddie Glusman owned Piero’s, not his son, Evan, who was only listed as a Manager. (See photo gallery post on this site of Dehart and pals Sigal Chattah and disgraced Michele Fiore cozying up with Freddie at an anniversary celebration for Piero’s a few years ago: Photo Gallery.

How did she know Freddie owned Peiro’s? She knew Freddie very well. Just look at the social media photos of her with Freddie from years ago during a Piero’s anniversary celebration: Piero’s photos (scroll down on that link to see all the photos).

In my opinion, this was nothing short of elder abuse. (See updated post related to that here: New post). The group of them, in my opinion — Anthony D’Anna, Vickie Dehart and Evan Glusman — conspired to pull the wool over Freddie Glusman’s eyes. Freddie turned 88 years old in June last year.

But here’s the other thing, in my opinion: D’Anna thought Piero’s would default on that $1.5 million loan that Dehart’s LLC had conjured up. He thought Vickie would then acquire the restaurant through the default on the loan and that it would be “his” — through his association with longtime girlfriend Vickie. it was his restaurant. That’s what the play was, in my opinion. They didn’t go after the business — they went after the building to theoretically eventually take over the property.
