Please feel free to contact me for acceptance of service if anyone would like to file suit. I embrace an evidentiary hearing with open arms.
Please note, unlike former Navy SEAL Brett Harrison, who ducked and dodged service (see “Brett Harrison: Evasive Expert?” on Brett Harrison’s page) until he realized it was going to be served by publication in a newspaper, I am ready, willing, and able to accept service.

I am a professional, full-time blogger.

As such, I have the same privileges as well as responsibilities as any full-time journalist.
For example, if you would like to pass along information to me that may have some bearing on the topic or topics I blog about, particularly on this website, you can do that without fear of being exposed, either publicly or to law enforcement.
In Nevada, reporters have the right to maintain confidentiality of their sources and information under the state’s Shield Law, which protects both confidential and non-confidential information gathered in the course of reporting. This privilege allows journalists to avoid compelled disclosure of their sources, even after their death, ensuring the protection of their sources’ identities and the integrity of their reporting.
Nevada’s Shield Law protects not only journalists — but bloggers too — from revealing their sources, as confirmed by a 2019 Nevada Supreme Court ruling. (See here: Nevada Independent report, and here: Nevada Statute NRS 49.275 News media.) This decision updated the law to include online publications, recognizing that journalism is not limited to traditional print media. That’s me. I publish factual, thoroughly researched information online. That’s blogging.
I also, from time to time, add in a good measure of opinion, commentary, humor, sarcasm, criticism, and sometimes, even speculation. All are appropriately labeled so that readers can discern between these items.
So, again, if you have information related to the content of this website — this blog — you can reach out to me without fear or intimidation. I’m very easy to talk to, and I’m happy to talk to anyone about anything they might know to add information or context to my blog posts. So if you’d like to pass along information, confidentially, you can. I’ve been doing this full time since approximately 2003.

You can email me at the following secure email address:
Also, I soon will be establishing a hotline phone number for you to reach me as well; stand by for that please. And check back often for updates on all this information.
Please stand by for my upcoming book, which will detail all this website material as well as other fascinating stories from my career. coming soon: Hidden Las Vegas (tentative title).
