Piero’s / Evan Glusman

Vickie Dehart is listed as the sole officer (manager) for Diamonds NV Management, LLC (click to see larger image)

NOTE: To act as a mortgage lender in Nevada, you generally must be licensed through the Division of Mortgage Lending (MLD)  I must ask the question: whose license made this loan? Is Vickie Dehart, as sole officer for this LLC, licensed to make this loan?

We will lay out in very simple, but in complete detail, the story (with appropriate documents) supporting the above headline:

  1. Evan Glusman’s arrest and court document (Register of Actions)
  2. Vickie Dehart and her Nevada LLC that made the loan (short form deed of trust)
  3. Anthony “Nino” / “Tony” D’Anna (Vickie Dehart’s longtime boyfriend), an “organized crime figure” (Court Document (scroll to Paragraph 13) / Las Vegas Review Journal report)

Is Vickie Dehart a financial institution?

According to 8newsnow.com, in a report posted to their website on April 27, 2025, they referred to a “financial institution,” regarding details of the loan, which in reality is really an LLC, formed by Vickie Dehart in 2020 — .Diamonds NV Management, LLC The 8newsnow report said:

“Metro’s investigation into the $1.5 million loan was continuing Sunday. Documents reveal investigators suspect “Evan Glusman provided outdated, inaccurate, and/or altered trust documents to the financial institution in support of the loan application, thereby misrepresenting his legal authority over the trust and the property,” documents said.”

The “financial institution” they’re referring to is the Diamonds NV Management, LLC, which lists as its sole officer, Vickie L. Dehart. The screenshot at the top of this post shows the LLC as listed on the Nevada Secretary of State’s website known as SilverFlume, which catalogs registered business entities in Nevada.

One thing for sure is that Ms. Dehart’s boyfriend (or is it Mrs. Dehart? — that’s still a mystery; not sure of her marital status to Paul Dehart), Anthony “Nino” / “Tony” D’Anna had boasted to others about the loan to Evan Glusman. (Please refer to the doc shown above below that clearly shows that Vickie Dehart is the lender — the “financial institution” through her Nevada LLC.

SIGAL CHATTAH US ATTORNEY FOR DISTRICT OF NEVADA DANNA KNOWN ORGANIZED CRIME FIGURE
Click on the highlighted text above to see full court document. Scroll to Paragraph 13. For context, the “Respondent” referred to is the late Judge Melanie Tobiasson.

Anthony “Nino” / “Tony” D’Anna had told more than one person that he got Vickie to loan Evan Glusman that money, and that one day soon, Piero’s would be under his — D’Anna’s control. Also note that Tony has been known as, and has been called, an organized crime figure by the RJ (see above callout of Paragraph 13 in this document: FORMAL STATEMENT OF CHARGES).

Whoever is reporting on this needs to dig deeper. Report the facts, not what you think.

Important update on the Piero’s Italian restaurant bombing (see background story below)

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) recently identified another suspect in connection with the firebombing  incident at Piero’s Italian restaurant. (LVMPD Press Release details)Logo- Badge 2024

On April 15, 2026, detectives arrested 52-year-old Robert Schwieger and booked him into the Clark County Detention Center. He was booked for:

  • Conspiracy to Commit Arson
  • Arson, First Degree
  • Use of Explosive to Damage or Destroy Property

It appears the LVMPD hasn’t let this one go after all.

Some background on this event / case, per LVMPD:

On November 13, 2025, at approximately 10:36 a.m., LVMPD Communications received a report of an explosion that had occurred at 2:19 a.m., in front of a business in the 300 block of Convention Center Drive.

Through the course of the investigation, investigators determined that two males arrived at the business, one on foot and one on a scooter. One suspect approached the business with a package. He placed the package in front of the door to the business and appeared to light a fuse. Both suspects then quickly fled the area. A few minutes later the package exploded.

Investigators were able to identify one of the suspects as 35-year-old John Navarro. On November 15, 2025, Navarro was located and taken into custody. He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center.

Navarro was indicted for the crime by a Clark County, Nevada grand jury as was Sarah Hernandez, 34, and Phillip Gonzales, 54. All were charged in connection with the explosion. Another man, Joseph Gutierrez, 18, was arrested in Arizona on multiple arson-related charges. A prosecutor also said a boy had also been arrested, according to a report in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Chief Deputy District Attorney Michael Schwartzer previously said in court that the bomb could have “burned Piero’s to the ground” had it been configured differently.

Piero’s / Evan Glusman / The Firebombing

My case for clear elder abuse, in my opinion, of former Piero’s Restaurant owner Freddie Glusman, who is currently 88 years old, relates to Vickie Dehart’s knowledge of, relationship with, and indeed friendship with Freddie Glusman.

Top, from left to right: Vickie Dehart, Michele Fiore, and Sigal Chattah gather around Peiro’s founder and owner, Freddie Glusman, during the restaurant’s 40th anniversary celebration in 2022. (Facebook Photo)

Dehart put together a $1.5 million loan to Piero restaurant’s longtime general manager, Evan Glusman, son of the owner and founder, Freddie. I find it hard to believe that Dehart did not have full knowledge that Evan was not the owner, only the general manager; Freddie was the owner. The $1.5 million loan went through Dehart’s Diamonds NV Management, LLC; Dehart is the sole officer listed on the Nevada Secretary of State’s portal for business registrations.

Evan is reportedly being investigated by authorities for “… taking out an unauthorized loan against [Piero’s] and then threatening a shooting,” according to documents the 8 News Now Investigators obtained. (Please see: Las Vegas restaurateur, son of Piero’s founder, accused of loan fraud, shooting threat). We’ll see how far that goes and how long that investigation drags out, if it even is ongoing at all.

I wonder, did Vickie talk this over with her longtime friend and once-First Assistant US Attorney for the District of Nevada Sigal Chattah? Maybe the mess Vickie might have gotten herself into related to this loan (she clearly knew who owned Piero’s at the time and that he was an elderly senior citizen) was passed over for prosecution at the time by one of the top law enforcement officers in the State of Nevada, Sigal Chattah?

There clearly was a push by the DOJ to look into elder abuse crimes not even a year ago (See: DOJ Press release on 2025 World Elder Abuse Awareness Day). Vickie, you’ve knew for a fact for years, as we can clearly see in these photos from the Piero’s anniversary celebration in 2022 — four years ago — that Freddie was the founder and owner of Pieros. You appeared in the pictures with him, the now 88-year-old owner.

But yet, you still gave a $1.5 million loan to his son, Evan, knowing that he was not the owner and founder; Freddie was. Then there was the subsequent fire bombing (a couple of nefarious dude’s lit an improvised explosive device at the door of Piero’s on November 13, 2025). Sigal Chattah, at the time of that bombing event, was the Acting US Attorney for the District of Nevada. She even came to Piero’s in person to watch the unfolding investigation at the scene.

Chattah is not uninformed. She knows what’s going on regarding the Glusmans, Piero’s, and Tony D’Anna and Vickie Dehart and the $1.5 million loan. She knows what happened, but yet she turns a blind eye.

This is elder abuse. You’re aware of it, former acting US Attorney Chattah. You’re friends with everyone involved. You knew who owned it.

Ms. Chattah, why would you not investigate why this loan was given, whether or not there was prosecutable fraud and/or elder abuse associated with it? In my opinion, this is a classic case of elder abuse. So, where do you stand on this, Sigal? And where do you stand on this, Vickie?

No better time to investigate than when there still are fresh tracks to follow, so to speak. Wouldn’t you agree?
