Anthony (“Tony” / “Nino”) D’Anna — No Visible Means of Support

Tony “Nino” D’Anna and his Ferrari’s. The Ferraris he drives are actually owned by Vickie Dehart.

Here’s a man — Tony “Nino” D’Anna, who according to his own words — spoken to me as if he was bragging — boasted that he rarely, if ever, filed any tax returns.

He has no legal, visible means of income. He works at no typical job. Yet he’s currently able to drive very expensive Ferrari’s.

How does that work?

Nino seems to be able to afford to go out to expensive dinners at the nicest restaurants in  Las Vegas — places like Piero’s Italian Cuisine, The Mayfair at the Bellagio. Doing that frequently, can get expensive. Very expensive.

Before he took to driving around in expensive Ferrari’s, he had a high-end Rolls Royce Wraith, courtesy of Mrs. Vickie Dehart, procured from Towbin Motor Cars. Before that it was a string of Mercedes Benz’s and BMW’s from BMW of Las Vegas at Sahara and Rainbow. Tony boasted proudly to me that he got his mother, Erlava D’Anna, to sign or cosign for them somehow (all that paper work is available, I’m sure).

He’s been arrested — more than once — has a criminal felony conviction, for which he spent jail time, yet feels perfectly comfortable, it seems, walking around threatening people openly.

Tony “Nino” D’Anna, not exactly what you might picture as your prototypical pool boy.

And his 75-year-old mother, Erlava, keeps signing for cars for him. Why can’t he sign for his own cars? What does he have to hide? Why does he use 31 flavors of names? Anthony D’Anna, Tony D’Anna, Nino D’Anna, Anthony Danna, Tony Danna, Nino Danna, for example.

How many names are you known by? Maybe your first and last name, and perhaps a nickname? Think about it. Who uses a half-dozen or more names? Answer: someone usually trying to hid something.

Nino is not some actor using an assumed name, like Cary Grant, for example (real name: Archibald Leach). Cary Grant wouldn’t have been Cary Grant if he’d had to lug around a name like Archibald Leach. And he’s not a writer, penning prose under pen name, like Mark Twain (real name: Samuel Clemens).

Current girlfriend, Mrs. Vickie Dehart bought a $1.5 million home. Nino’s mother, Erlava, signed for it. (And by the way, you know what “Nino” means, right? It means boy, child, kid. Seems pretty appropriate to me. I don’t know if Tony’s ever grown up or is ever gonna grow up.)

Vickie’s very own kept man. Hey, who can blame her? From the outside looking in, D’Anna is 47 years old, and she’s about to turn 65. Not bad to have a younger man, 17 years your junior hanging around. Although when it comes to Tony … I mean, just look at his picture. He’s not exactly some buffed-out pool boy. Oh well, Vickie.

One of his previous girlfriends got him arrested for home invasion and domestic battery by strangulation. There’s more to that story than the police report reflects. Much more. Let your imagination run a little bit and picture what going through that as a young woman must have been like. Now imagine it worse.

How does all this work? How does this man get away with being able to afford expensive cars — Ferraris, Rolls Royces, BMWs — with no visible means of support? How does he get away with allegedly not filing tax returns? And admitting to me that he doesn’t file tax returns? How does he get away with home invasion and beating up a woman — strangling her? How does all that get covered up, even after Investigation by law enforcement?

Must have some very high levels of influence, is all I can think.

Anthony “Nino” D’Anna’s Relationship with Sigal Chattah (Which Goes Back at Least 15 Years)

Pictured above is a recent photo of Vickie Dehart, convicted felon Tony “Nino” D’Anna, and convicted felon Shafik Hirji.

A convicted felon and identified organized crime figure (see image below and link: RJ – Judge Accused of Improper Involvement in Murder Probe) named Anthony (Nino) D’Anna (a k a, Tony D’Anna, Anthony Danna, Tony Danna) confided to me that D’Anna’s attorney at the time, Sigal Chattah, had been contacted by then-Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) Sheriff Joe Lombardo about comments by Chattah that Lombardo said he found troubling. (This was before Lombardo ran for and won the election to become Governor of the State of Nevada in 2022. Sigal Chattah also was on the ballot that year as a Republican candidate for Attorney General, going up against Democratic incumbent Ford.)

D’Anna relayed to me that Lombardo told Chattah that he did not appreciate her talking about him in a negative way, which he had heard about through an interesting source of information — a wiretap. According to D’Anna, Chattah’s remarks came to light from wiretap recordings that had been made with subjects related to an investigation into the mysterious robbery of a supposedly very pricey ring worn by Carol Jimmerson, wife of prominent Las Vegas attorney Jim Jimmerson. The robbery occurred in a parking lot outside of a medical office in Summerlin, a suburb of Las Vegas.

I realize by launching this website, I have immediately placed a target on my back.

Sigal Chattah’s re-post of FBI Director Kash Patel’s post on X.

I realize by launching this website, I have immediately placed a target on my back.

But this is the era of truth telling, right?

This is the era where censorship and shutdowns are not supposed to happen just because you’re telling the truth.

That’s all I’m doing here. I’m just shining a light into the darkest corners of Sigal Chattah’s life so that everyone can see her for who she really is.

It was announced (by the Nevada Republican party, not the White House, which is interesting in and of itself) that she is the Trump Administration pick to be, for now, the interim US Attorney for the District of Nevada.

This, in my opinion, cannot stand.

I urge you to read this website thoroughly. You’ll have a much better idea, in my opinion, of Sigal Chattah’s lack of morals, ethics, integrity, discernment, judgment and character.

FBI Director Kash Patel, take note: We all have friends & colleagues, but we can’t know everything about them. According to Sigal Chattah, you two are fast friends. But you don’t know everything about her, at least not some of the connections I’ve raised here, on this website. That’s OK. That’s not your fault. There’s a reason there is an interim stage for appointments such as this. Appropriately so.

Think twice about getting involved with a three-letter government agency — such as DOJ or the FBI, for example

You know the old saying — “We’re from the government, and we’re here to help.”

Right.

Just look at what happened to me. I was a witness for a governmental prosecution a while back. The FBI  reached out to me to help them with a case. It was a case that was headed up by then-Assistant US Attorney Crane Pomerantz. Out of the dozens and dozens of cases I testified in for the government, this case was the only one that I wound up on the losing side — thanks to the incompetent Assistant US Attorney Pomerantz (in my opinion).

Former AUSA Crane Pomerantz is currently representing Anthony D’Anna in a Nevada District Court case I filed against EHB Companies Founder Vickie Dehart, Anthony D’Anna, EHB Companies former COO Brett Harrison (2024), and FBI Special Agent Glenn Harrison (brother of Brett Harrison).

I filed a legal action in Nevada’s Clark County District Court; collectively the case reflects a great deal of damage to my ability to do business, creating substantial financial damages.

The Night at Piero’s with Sigal Chattah, the Late Judge Melanie Tobiasson and Anthony “Nino” D’Anna as Related to FBI Special Agent Glenn Harrison

In 2017, I was a consultant and cooperating witness with the FBI supervised by case agent (who some would call my “handler”), FBI Special Agent Glenn Harrison.

One evening during that time, I went to dinner at Piero’s — a well-known, popular, and highly regarded Italian restaurant off the Las Vegas Strip across from the Convention Center on Convention Center Drive. High-level politicos and celebrities frequented the restaurant. It was used as a location during the filming of the hit movie, Casino, starring Robert DeNiro, Joe Pesci and Sharon Stone. It was that kind of Italian restaurant.

At my table that evening were current First Assistant for the District of Nevada, Sigal Chattah (who at the time was a defense attorney) the late Judge Melanie Tobiasson, and Anthony “Nino” D’Anna, who at the time was my friend.

It was a big night out. We all sat at a table in the left of the back bar area. (Photo)

Tobiasson, in my observation, became very inebriated over the course of the dinner. At one point, she and Chattah separately followed D’Anna into the bathroom; D’Anna provided a substance that is typically snorted. Both ladies were sniffing and wiping their noses as they came back out of the bathroom.

After the drinking and the trip to the bathroom, the late Judge Tobiasson reached into her purse and pulled out an enormous handgun. It looked to be at least eight inches long — maybe a Colt 45 or a Magnum 357, something like that. She began waving it around, showing it off, and pointing it every which way. I was sitting next to her at the table. I gently but firmly took hold of the gun and took it away from her. I emptied the bullets from the cylinder onto the table. Waving a loaded gun around a restaurant obviously was a recipe for disaster.

I mentioned to D’Anna how inebriated and messed up the late judge seemed, and he related a story to me about how before they even went into the restaurant that night, the two of them had sex in her brand new yellow Corvette — which I couldn’t even imagine how that was able to be accomplished.

The next day, I called FBI Special Agent Glenn Harrison and related the story to him. He said I had to get D’Anna talking about that evening to get it on record. He told me to call D’Anna and get him to talk about it, giving me permission to do so, citing exigent circumstances and that this event involved officers of the court.

I did that. I called D’Anna twice and recorded both phone calls; I put them on a thumb drive and gave them to FBI Special Agent Glenn Harrison. This was almost 10 years ago; to my knowledge, no action was ever taken by SA Harrison. On another note, FBI Special Agent Glenn Harrison’s brother, Brett Harrison worked for Vickie Dehart at that time. D’Anna later would become romantically involved with Dehart. They currently live together at her recently purchased $7 million home in The Ridges.

All this is important and relevant, because also in 2017, D’Anna was facing charges of domestic battery and strangulation (Case No. 17F08833X) by his one-time girlfriend, who he was accused of beating and strangling to the point of unconsciousness. That case came before Judge Tobiasson, who ultimately dismissed the charges. That introduction by Chattah of Tony D’Anna to Judge Tobiasson resulted in a huge payoff for D’Anna, to say the least.
